Mother and 2-year-old child injured during shooting in South Los Angeles near Western and Slauson avenues, police say

SOUTH LOS ANGELES (KABC) — A mom and her 2-year-old little one have been injured throughout a reported “walk-up shooting” in South Los Angeles, members of the family inform ABC7.

It occurred simply after 3 p.m. on Friday within the 1700 block of W 56th Road close to Western and Slauson avenues.

Family mentioned the mom and her toddler have been shot and instantly rushed to the hospital. AIR7 HD cameras captured first responders inserting the kid inside an ambulance.
