Costa Mesa police ask for help finding Johnny Young, accused of harassing, pepper-spraying women on video

COSTA MESA, Calif. (KABC) — Costa Mesa police on Friday continued looking for a person who allegedly recorded himself pepper-spraying two girls exterior of a nightclub on the Triangle Sq. retail heart.

Authorities have recognized the suspect as 25-year-old Johnny Young.
